The applicant claims the right of way is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the right of way on 12 October 2009 if no objections have been received before that date.

Easement: Right of way over Lot 2 DP 65400; marked “A” on DP 65400 comprised in Computer Freehold Registers WN36C/993, WN36C/994 and WN39D/733 as appurtenant to Lot 2 DP 399590 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 397382, created by transfer 268484.20 registered on 22 December 1978.
Circumstances: The dominant land being Lot 2 DP 399590 has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of subdivision in DP 399590.
