Application having been made to me, pursuant to section 121(1) of the Land Transfer Act 1952, by Bradley Draper and Diane Draper to notify upon the Register the re-entry and recovery of possession of the leasehold premises under lease 7548873.1 of the land in Computer Freehold Register WN17D/432 of which the lessors are Bradley Draper and Diane Draper and the lessee is Mana Motels Limited.
Notice is hereby given of my intention to register the application 8201489.1 and to notify the re-entry upon the Register on
14 September 2009.
