I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicant, under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.

Description: An estate in fee simple in 5026 square metres, being Sections 127 and 128 on SO 10649 lodged with Land Information New Zealand which is the residue of the land remaining in Deeds Index, Volume 2, folio 201, such land being part of the land granted to the above applicant under Crown Grant 39312 on 16 January 1913.
