The owners of land adjoining the bank of the Ruamahanga River in the Masterton District have applied to me to bring part
of the dry bed of the Ruamahanga River under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue a Computer Freehold Register for it in their name.

Applicants:
(1) M. E. P. Wyeth, G. J. Tankersley and Gawith Trustees Limited, c/o Gawith Burridge, PO Box 454, Masterton 5840.
(2) D. J. Hayes, F. Keil, L. R. Keil and Wairarapa Farms Limited, c/o Property Law Centre, PO Box 364, Masterton 5840.
Land Applied for: Land shown on LT 367799 as old riverbed being part of the former bed of the Ruamahanga River adjoining part Sections 76 and 77 Opaki District and Section 26 Block IV Mikimiki Survey District (comprised in Computer Freehold Registers WN32C/699 and WN55D/81).
Intention: I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue a title for it in the name of the applicants unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 10 July 2009.
