I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicants, under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.

Description: An estate in fee simple in 3.2652 hectares, being Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit in the North Auckland Land District under LT 407926, being part Allotment S150, Parish of Mahurangi, which is the residue of the land remaining in Deeds Index, Volume 6B, folio 888, such land being part the land granted to James Poulter under Crown Grants 2488B and 3BG dated 29 June 1865, and probate 19287 dated 1 May 1946, granted to Joseph Schedewy, who is recorded as being the documentary owner thereof.
