The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a right of way. The applicant claims the right of way is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the right of way which was to expire on 23 January 2009 and is now extended to expire on 8 February 2009, if no objections have been received before that date.

Easement: Right of way over Lot 29 on DP 357938; marked “B” on DP 357938, comprised in Computer Freehold Register 237428 as appurtenant to Lot 1 DP 408556 comprised in Computer Freehold Register 431092, created by easement certificate 6661270.10 registered on 24 November 2006.
Circumstances: Part of the dominant land being Lot 1 DP 408556 has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of subdivision in DP 408556.
