Lot 1 DP 363521 and stratum estate DP 366029 (comprised in Computer Freehold Register 258139 and Supplementary Record Sheet 267691), created by easement instrument 6856094.14, registered on 8 May 2006.
Circumstances: The dominant tenement has become physically separated from the servient caused by the strata freehold subdivision on DP 389044.
