3. Water right over part Lot 1 DP 77499 (comprised in Computer Freehold Register WN53A/41) created by transfer 273312 registered on 17 September 1943 at 9.00am.
Circumstances: The dominant land has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of subdivision.
