Land Applied for: 9500 square metres; shown on 399245, being part of the former Old River Bed of Tirohanga River adjoining Lot 1 DP 399245 comprised in Computer Freehold Registers NA75D/98 and NA890/188 in the Parish of Ruapekapeka.
Intention: I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 and issue a title for it in the name of the applicants unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 6 April 2009.
