I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of a Computer Freehold Register to the below-named applicant, under section 19 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the land described below.
Such Computer Freehold Register may be issued unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 19 April 2009.

Applicant: Ashburton District Council, 3 Baring Square, West Ashburton.
Description of the Land: An estate in fee simple in 199 square metres, being Lots 15 and 17 on a plan lodged for deposit with Land Information New Zealand under 408635 being part Rural Section 5800 which is the residue of the land remaining in Deeds Index Volume 8C/S folio 773–774, such land being part of the land conveyanced to the above applicant under conveyance 79115 from Jessie McLean to Ashburton County Council.
