of way. The applicants claim the right of way is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below. I intend to remove
the right of way on 23 January 2009 if no objections have been received before that date.

Easement: Right of way over Lot 29 DP 357938; marked “B” comprised in Computer Freehold Register CT237428 as appurtenant to Lot 1 DP 408556 comprised in Computer Freehold Register CT431092 created by easement certificate 6661270.10 registered on 24 November 2005.
Circumstances: Part of the dominant land being Lot 1 DP 408556 has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of subdivision in DP 408556.
