Pursuant to section 20(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for recreation reserve, subject to section 27B of the State Owned Enterprises Act 1986, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and compensation certificate 7623830.1, and vested in the Porirua City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
