Pursuant to section 20(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to
this notice is acquired for local purpose (community use) reserve, subject to section 27B of the State Owned Enterprises Act 1986, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and subject to a right of way (on foot only) coloured blue on DP 28242 embodied in Register WN994/87 and a right of way coloured blue on DP 28242 specified in easement certificate 840896 and compensation certificate 7623830.1, and together with the appurtenant right of way as specified in easement certificate 840896, and vested in the Porirua City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
