Under section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977 and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the notice headed Classification of a Reserve and Vesting in the Queenstown Lakes District Council dated the 24th day of August 2009 and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
27 August 2009, No. 128, page 2991, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.
Classification of a Reserve and Vesting in the Queenstown Lakes District Council
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department
of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve and vests the reserve in
the Queenstown Lakes District Council in trust for that purpose.
