Pursuant to section 50A of the Conservation Act 1987,
the Community Relations Manager for the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby amends the notice with the above heading, dated the 20th day of July 2009, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 July 2009, No. 105, page 2425, by deleting in the Description
“and appurtenant hereto is a right of way in gross marked “B”, “C”, “E”, “G”, “H” and “I” on DP 57127 created by transfer A449153.14.”
