Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped
and shall remain vested in the Lower Hutt City Council, and further declares, pursuant to section 52(1), shall be set apart in connection with a road.
