Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Wellington Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve, and
vests the reserve in the Tararua District Council in trust for recreation reserve purposes.
The vesting is subject to the Crown reserving the right
to cancel the vesting of the reserve in whole or in part, if
or when the reserve was required for Treaty of Waitangi settlement purposes.
