Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Wellington Hawke's Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 September
1997, No. 116, page 2735, effective from the 22nd day
of November 2006, following which on the 23rd day of November 2006 the South Wairarapa District Council passed a resolution under section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977 declaring the land in the Schedule to be recreation reserves, this notice being published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 December 2006, No. 167, page 4849.
