Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve, and vests the reserve in the Queenstown Lakes District Council in trust for that purpose and further declares that the reserve is:
(a) Subject to an easement for right of way access between Her Majesty The Queen and Signature Investments Limited dated 31 August 2001 for a term of perpetuity; and
(b) subject to an easement for a cableway between
Her Majesty The Queen and National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research dated 21 October 2002 for a term of 30 years; and
(c) subject to an easement to convey water and electricity between Her Majesty The Queen and Michael Spencer Mee dated 1 October 2003 for a term of 30 years.
