Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Christchurch City Council on 18 August 2008:
“In exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Burwood/Pegasus Community Board, under delegated authority from the Christchurch City Council, resolves that those parcels of land vested in the City in fee simple and described in the Schedule, be declared to be a Recreation Reserve pursuant to Section 17 of the Reserves Act 1977.”
