Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into:
(a) The land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for waste water treatment purposes, subject to section 3 of the Geothermal Energy Act 1953, section 3 of the Petroleum Act 1937, sections 6 and
8 of the Mining Act 1971, section 8 of the Atomic Energy Act 1945, section 27B of the State Owned Enterprises Act 1986, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, sections 5 and 261 of the Coal Mines Act 1979, a natural gas right
(in gross) created by transfer B055614.3, a geothermal exploitation and electricity right (in gross) and profit - prendre created by transfer B406416.4, encumbrance B406416.5, variation of encumbrance B406424.5, land improvement agreement B475180.1, land improvement agreement B475180.3, an electricity transmission right
(in gross) created by transfer B514004.5, a geothermal exploitation and electricity easement and profit - prendre appurtenant to the interest of the transferee in easement and profit - prendre B406416.4 created by transfer B675344.5; and together with appurtenant rights of way and rights to convey water created by transfer 5197175.9, and shall vest in the Taupo District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) The land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Taupo District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
