Pursuant to sections 28 and 52(1) of the Public Works
Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for
Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information
New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice be set apart for the purpose of teacher accommodation and remain vested in Her Majesty The Queen, subject to Part 9 of the Ngai Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998, and, subject to the creation of the following easement, on the terms and conditions set out in Schedule 4 to the Land Transfer Regulations 2002, on
the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette:
“a right to drain sewage appurtenant to the said land described in the Schedule to this notice over part of Section 2 SO 417897 and shown marked “A” on SO 417897.”
