In the notice with the above heading published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 27 August 1987, No. 145, page 4067,
after the paragraph that reads
"Now therefore pursuant to section 439 (5) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, it is hereby declared that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the aforesaid Maori Reservation"
a further paragraph is to be included as follows:
"The balance of the block being 7207 square metres being more particularly delineated on ML 5515 to be now known as Wharepu 3B."
