Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court,
the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a recreation ground, meeting place, bathing place, customary shellfish gathering place, landing place and wahi whenua for the common use and benefit of the owners of Allotment 154D5B2 Parish of Te Puna block, their descendants and their invitees, the name of the reservation to be Ihakara Tangitu Reserve.
