(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 425928, subject to mortgage 7820651.1.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA51A/153.
(d) Pursuant to section 119, declares the severance described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 425935, subject to mortgage 7820651.1.
