Pursuant to section 52(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the foreshore described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart as Government purpose (wildlife management) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, and to remain vested in the Crown.
