Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department
of Conservation revokes the appointment of Central Community Trust to control and manage the local purpose (community use) reserve described in the Schedule and appoints Te Whanau Putahi Trust to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the trust refunding to the Crown
the amount of any local authority rates it pays as owner
of the reserve.
