Pursuant to section 52(1) of the Public Works Act 1981,
and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice be set apart for the purpose of public school and remain vested in Her Majesty The Queen, subject to Part 9 of the Ngai Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
