Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a local purpose (road) reserve over the land described in the Schedule, with effect that the reserve may be sold by the Otorohanga District Council on such terms and conditions as the council determines, the proceeds from the sale to be paid into the general funds of the council.
