Pursuant to section 52(1)(d) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby set apart for forestry purposes and that the land shall no longer be subject to the Crown Forest Assets Act 1989 and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
