Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council excluding mineral interests reserved by section 206 of the Land Act 1924.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA1202/13, subject to mortgage H755450.2.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA704/178, subject to mortgage 5394566.4.
