Under section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently
the Conservator revokes the notice headed Revocation
of the Reservation Over a Reserve dated the 9th day of
July 2009 and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
23 July 2009, No. 105, page 2428, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.
Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a site for plunket rooms over the land described in the Schedule.
