Pursuant to section 14(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, Porirua City Council hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be recreation reserve and that the land shall be held and administered by the council for the purposes and in the manner specified in section 17 of the Reserves Act 1977.
