Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Wellington Hawke's Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the appointment of the Hawke's Bay Montessori Education Trust Incorporated to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule, and appoints the Napier South Community Trust to control and
manage the said reserve as a local purpose (community buildings) reserve.
