Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further, pursuant to section 52 of the Public Works Act 1981, shall be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road and shall remain vested in the Crown.
