New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice and currently held for railway purposes is hereby acquired for justice purposes and shall remain vested in Her Majesty The Queen for that purpose on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
