Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to sections 20(1) and 21, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road (State Highway 20–Mt Roskill Extension) and vested in the Crown;
(b) Pursuant to section 52(1), declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is set apart for use in connection with a road (State Highway 20–Mt Roskill Extension) and remains vested in the Crown
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
