Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve with the effect that the land will vest in the Central Otago District Council under the provisions of section 26A of the Act.
