Under section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently, the conservator revokes the notice headed Land to be Set Apart for Recreation Reserve—Beach Road, Long Beach, dated the 8th day of February 2008 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 February 2008, No. 22, page 516, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.
Reservation of Land
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation sets apart the land described in the Schedule as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of section 17 of the Reserves Act 1977.
