Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works
Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for
Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Declares the portion of road described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and to remain vested in the Waipa District Council.
(b) Declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA20B/1015, subject to an easement in gross being reserved and vested in the Waipa District Council for a right to drain sewage over
the land shown in the Third Schedule in accordance with the rights and powers set out in Schedule 4 of the Land Transfer Regulations 2002.
