Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the North Shore City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 20, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road and shall vest in the North Shore City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(c) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be road and shall remain vested in the North Shore City Council.
