Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a local purpose reserve over the land described in the Schedule and declares that the land may be disposed of by the Waitaki District Council in such manner, at a price and on such terms and conditions as the council determines, the proceeds from the sale to be paid into the general funds of the Waitaki District Council.
