Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the road realignment notice dated the 16th day of February 1998 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 February 1998, No. 28, page 632, by replacing paragraph (c) in the recital with the following:
“(c) The area firstly described (now known as Section 1 SO 13591) shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register TN110/12.
(d) The area secondly described (now known as Section 2 SO 13591) shall remain vested in the Crown.”
