Pursuant to sections 20 and 52(1)(b) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for

New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby set apart for better utilisation and shall vest in the Tauranga City Council, subject to section
11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
