Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 11th day of December 2007, acquiring land for road, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 December 2007, No. 142, page 3720, by adding the word
"purposes"
after the word
"road"
each time it is written in the notice.
