Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manukau City Council hereby notifies that the following resolution was adopted by the Manukau City Council at its meeting on 25 June 2009 under minute number CL/JUN/742/09:
“That Lot 1 Deposited Plan 54525 (Computer Register NA7A/125), be classified as a Recreation Reserve pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977.”
