Pursuant to sections 20(1) and 28 of the Public Works
Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for
Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information
New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to
that effect having been entered into, the soil conservation and river control easement in gross created by Gazette Notice H367749 is varied by adding the paragraph set
out in the Schedule to this notice to Clause 5 of the “description of easement” set out in Gazette Notice H367749 on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.

Addition to Clause 5
This restriction shall not apply to any vehicle access constructed over the land contained within this easement in order to provide vehicle access to the lands in Computer Freehold Registers SA618/151 and SA348/151 provided such access is constructed to Waikato District Council standards for commercial rights of way.
