Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 52(1), declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for education purposes and to remain vested in Her Majesty The Queen;
(b) Pursuant to section 28, further declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice and marked “A” on SO 418093 to be subject to the creation of an easement
in gross for a right of way in favour of the Dunedin City Council on the terms and conditions as set out in Schedule
4 to the Land Transfer Regulations 2002
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
