Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Marlborough District Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the Marlborough District Council at its meeting on 19 February 2009, classifying the reserve described in the Schedule hereto as a local purpose (civic purposes) reserve for the purposes specified in section 23(1) of the Act.
