Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 4th day of May 2009 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 28 May 2009, No. 76, page 1795, by deleting the words
"and shall vest in the Crown"
from item (b) of the recital.
